Membership in the Society is by invitation only and is considered a prestigious honor. It carries with it responsibility as well as respect. Members commit to an active role in special projects, programs, and organizational activities. With almost 70,000 international members in 17 countries, DKG women impact education worldwide.
A prospective member shall be a women who is or has been employed as a professional educator. Selection is based on professional qualifications, leadership potential, and personal qualities.
